This third beautiful walk is an alternative to the main and popular Dovedale routes, but it's still a wonderful adventure in this lovely area. Camp Continue straight ahead along the road to St Leonards Church, which was founded in Norman times. The path will go downhill to join the surfaced track by Dovedale car park and the public toilets (20p charge, not National Trust). Dovedale can be incredibly busy in the spring and summer months but dont let that put you off the crowds come here because its such a beautiful place to walk.
